I am a Certified Wellness Educator & Energy Coach.  I am a life-long learner that is passionate about living my best life and empowering others to reach their goals. I love God and all of His people.  I am married to the love of my life and have two amazing children.  I enjoy the beach, jeeps and making memories with my loved ones.

I truly accredit my own life experiences as my greatest tool to be able to empower others. I believe that strife, disappointment and struggles can become our greatest teachers. I am a firm believer in faith over fear and teach my clients the same.
